Bob Sinclar is a French DJ, producer and remixer who stands among the defining figures of international house music. He first emerged on the Parisian club scene in the late 1980s and, in the mid-1990s, co-founded the influential label Yellow Productions, helping shape the celebrated "French touch" movement alongside artists such as Daft Punk and Dimitri from Paris. His signature sound, built on filtered disco strings, funk grooves and uplifting melodies, quickly set him apart. His first major club success came in 1998 with "Gym Tonic," but his breakthrough to global stardom arrived in 2005 with "Love Generation," a worldwide hit that reached number one in several countries.
